This practice was established to provide partnership with a therapist in a comfortable environment, where clients are encouraged to openly share and seek answers for peace and healing in any area of struggle.

Cassie Reid, Ph.D., LPC-Supervisor
founder & lead counselor
Dr. Reid launched Cassie Reid Counseling in 2010 to utilize spiritual freedom, learned therapy and a variety of other techniques to provide clients with powerful plans to combat any problems they face. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Bethany College in Bethany, WV, a M.Ed. in Educational Counseling from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX, and a Ph.D. in Family Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in Denton, TX. Combined with her professional experience - serving as a school counselor and special educator in a North Texas school district, interning at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, managing the Texas Woman’s University Counseling and Family Therapy Clinic, working as a member of the National Institute of Health research grant in pain management, partnering with numerous grief organizations and currently serving as Director of Master of Marriage & Family Therapy graduate degree program at The King's University — gives Dr. Reid an excellent combination of skill and approachability that enables her to provide her clients with counseling and therapy best suited to their needs, using a counseling style fine-tuned through her educational and professional journey thus far. Satchel Stillwell, M.A., LPC
Satchel joined the staff at Cassie Reid Counseling spring 2013. As a licensed professional counselor, he is passionate about working with clients to allow them to experience healing and emotional growth so that they can have freedom from trauma, abandonment, and spiritual bondage. Satchel obtained his B.A. in Psychology from St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas and completed his M.A. in Counseling at Dallas Baptist University. While living in Austin, he completed a 150-hour internship with the Veteran’s Affairs Clinic assisting Dr. Mark V. Adams in the treatment of veterans suffering from PTSD.close
Marci Harper, B.A., M.A., LPC
Marci joined the Cassie Reid Counseling team fall 2013. As a licensed professional counselor, she is dedicated to counseling children, married couples, families and individuals as they journey towards emotional and spiritual healing. Marci received her B.A. in Psychology at Baylor University in Waco, Texas and completed both an M.A. in Religious Education as well as an M.A. in Marriage & Family Counseling at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. Marci also has extensive experience working in public schools as a special educator in the Birdville ISD and as an elementary school counselor in the Keller ISD.close
Catherine Tito, M.A., LPC-intern

Catherine Tito joined the CRC team as a LPC-Intern in spring 2015. Catherine assists individuals who are dealing with a variety of counseling needs including emotional and relational difficulties, anxiety, grief, and trauma. Catherine is dedicated to providing counseling services that will help individuals live stronger, happier, and healthier lives, and to do so in an environment of warmth and grace. Her professional experience includes a master’s level internship at The Battered Woman’s Foundation where she assisted survivors of domestic violence in rebuilding their lives and finding a renewed sense of hope for the future. Prior to pursuing a career in professional counseling, Catherine worked for Jenny Craig International for nearly a decade where she helped individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. Catherine holds a B.S. in Business Management from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and a M.A. in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. She is supervised by Dr. Cassandra Reid, LPC-Supervisor. Catherine has been married for 14 years and has three daughters ages 12, 11, and 8.close
Chris Wilder, Ph.D, LPC-Supervisor
Dr. Chris Wilder, LPC-Supervisor joined the Cassie Reid Counseling team in September 2015. He is dedicated to serving individuals, couples, and families as they navigate their life journey. He believes people have the innate capacity to grow, heal, and make positive changes on their journey to emotional and spiritual well-being. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from McMurry University in Abilene, Texas and a M.A. as well as a Ph.D from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. Presently, Dr. Wilder is on the counseling faculty of The King’s University and has served as an adjunct professor of counseling at The University of North Texas and Dallas Baptist University.close
As the office administrator for Cassie Reid Counseling, Ally serves our clients by being the primary point of contact for scheduling, billing and communication. Ally joined the CRC staff in Spring 2014. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Theological Studies with a concentration in Biblical Counseling from The King's University. She desires to see people healed, set free, and walking out their God-given destiny in triumph. Her goal is to become a licensed counselor working with people from all walks of life. Ally has previously worked in retail and as a nanny.close
